Researchers in a recent study have discovered that Avocado can lower the level of 'bad cholesterol' because of its richness in monosaturated fatty acids. In that controlled study, the conclusion was that, the different regimen of avocado diet helped participants lower their level of 2 types of cholesterol associated with cardiovascular disease risk: Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) and non-high density lipoprotein.
Other things about avocado pear is that it is loaded with potassium (an element that is key for the body to function optimally). In short, it was found that Avocado Pear contains twice as much potassium as in banana. This pear also contain the highest level of protein in fruits generally.
