2015: Healthy Eating

Yes!!! New year, new page to right every wrong we have done. A lot of people went for vigil mass or service. Most of us have already started the year off on a good note. We must continue on that good note. Back to our topic.
We must start the year also by eating healthy, complete diet.
Fruits of all types grow in abundance in our country. The best is to take into these naturally nutritious food sources. From orange to pear to mango or banana, they all contain one form of micro nutrient or vitamins necessary for the optimal growth of the body in this new year.

The acronym - 'An apple a day keeps you away from the doctor's door', is true. As you plan for any meal, ensure that at least one fruit type is added to the menu. Eat right would ultimately translate to staying healthy for you to achieve all that you have asked God to do for you.
 We need to stay healthy as a nation, for a lot depends on this.
