Nigeria Gets Substantive Minister of Health

In what would seem like a desperate last minute change, the Federal Government has approved the appointment of Dr Khalifa Al hassan, former Minister of state for Health, to a full Minister of Health.
The new minister for state, health, Mr Fidelis Nwankwo,  also came on board the Federal Executive Council. He is among the 8 new ministers approved by government.

Hopefully,  Dr Al hassan and Mr Nwankwo would do their utmost in the twilight of this administration.
