World Cancer Day - February 4

World Cancer Day seeks to raise awareness about cancer and it's complications to the patient and to the community at large. This day is set aside to educate the public, honour victims, unseat myths and may even include fund raising to find a cure to this deadly killer.

This is the period where some remember their moms, dads, uncles, aunts who died from the disease.
