The Golden Milk

Feeding has always been an essential aspect in the life of humans; and since the boy or girl child is not, medically speaking, a little man or woman, he or she require just the right amount of food for an optimal growth and development. As it is, the breastmilk is the only scientifically proven source of food for our babies. This is particularly so as the breastmilk contains the right amount of water and nutrients for a growing babe (first six month of life). This is referred to as EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING. Every nursing mother is encouraged to pass through this act as it holds alot for both mother and child. So the next time your mother, sister, cousin, friend or female acquitance put to bed, do encourage her to give her infant that life giving food... the GOLDEN MILK.
