WHO announces World Malaria Incidence Declining

The Quote from the Leader of World Health Organisation, is quite cheery.
The number of people in sub saharan Africa infected by asymptomatic malaria is reducing year by year.

But like the article recognises, these are frail gains. Government at all levels must continue the push for a world free of malaria (that common cause of mortality in under five children and in pregnant women).
I do not agree less!!!
