Sinead O'Connor 'missing after failing to return from a bike ride

Police in Chigago have confirmed they're concerned for the safety and well-being of Irish singer Sinead O'Connor after failing to return after a bike ride yesterday.
O'Connor, 49, was last seen on Sunday when she headed out in the Chicago suburb of Wilmette.
The Wilmette Police Department said in a statement on Monday:
"The Wilmette Police is seeking to check the well-being of Sinead O'Connor.
"O'Connor reportedly left the Wilmette area for a bicycle ride yesterday at 6:00am and has not returned. A caller has expressed concern for her well-being and no other information is available at this time."
Yesterday the Nothing Compares To U singer  has claimed to be suicidal in the past, and has received mental-health treatment for it.
In November 2015, she posted a suicide threat on Facebook, saying she had taken an overdose because of a “horrifying set of betrayals.”
“There is only so much any woman can be expected to bear,”  “I’ve taken an overdose. There is no other way to get respect.”"I’m at a hotel, somewhere in Ireland, under another name. If I wasn’t posting this, my kids and family wouldn’t even find out.
